“LOVE the quality of these, there is like a special coating on them so that they won't fray. However, my only complaint is that some of them...mainly my multi-color ones, don't tighten very easy, I need help to pull them tighter haha. Hopefully, when I start wearing them more, they will be easier. My solid color ones were no problem. I also didn't enjoy the shipping/tracking process. It was a week later than the estimated delivery said it would be here when tracking it...and for a 5 days after the estimated delivery date, it wouldn't update me and it was like in limbo for 5 days...and then all of a sudden was trackable again. I reached out a couple times and didn't get any answers until AFTER it finally arrived.”
