“Placed an order on July 11, 2020. Never received it. Contacted both USPS and DHL. Both facilities stated there needs to be an investigation because USPS has NO record of it ever being scanned into their facility. Trying to contact Pura Vida, however they are not utilizing their phone system due to Covid19. Therefore, emailed them about this issue, and they are of NO help at all”
