“The packaging was so poor that I could not get it open and had to use scissors. One of my string bracelets had somehow been sealed in the top adhesive so I ended up cutting that bracelet in half inadvertently. Very disappointed that I lost one bracelet because of this. The other 3 pieces are beautiful and I like those but sad but 1 bracelet was destroyed trying to open the package.”
