“The item is beautiful, it was a gift for one of my daughters and she loves it! My only issue is that my order was returned back to pure Vida because it was delivered to the wrong address, I then had to wait an additional month for my items to arrive. I emailed about this and the customer service reps didnt quite answer my questions, just skirted around the issue... may want to work on that!”
