“I think the bracelet was junk. Very cheaply made and there wasn't even a guide to explain what any color changes meant. I wore it for two days then cut it off and threw it away because I was mad at myself for wasting my money. I would not recommend this bracelet to anyone. If I had saved the Info and bracelet I would send it back asking for my money back.”
