“I have been informed that my package was lost in transit. I am so disappointed, that was over $70 worth of bracelets my daughter picked out to give as gifts to her friends. Now most of the items are out of stock and can not be replaced. Why do you use DHL? this is not the first time they have had an issue with a package getting to me. I would rather pay the priority shipping price from USPS and know that it is going to get to me! I tried to be patient because of what is happening in the world today but this is the 2nd time since April. Not a good start. After my daughters monthly bracelet subscription has run out, I doubt I will resubcribe.”
