“My first and last time shopping Pura Vida. Very pricy and low quality. Placed a couple orders in November as gifts for Christmas. One order arrived days after Christmas so I had to go to the store to buy a different gift. The other order arrived in one week but multiple products were defective. After taking pictures and multiple emails back and forth, I received replacement but the second time one of the products was defective as well.”
