“I have cancelled my bracelet club membership and will not be placing any further purchases. Possibly when they have recovered from their current business practices, I would consider ordering again. We have enjoyed the products but they take a month to ship, get cancelled, extremely delayed or non existent customer service, not standing behind their offers all combined have made for a very disappointing experience.”
