“Shady business. Canceled my purchase within 24 hours and Amazon pay indicated a credit. But Pura did not credit my Money back. Instead they sent an email within an hour of me canceling saying my product has been delivered. Contacted Amazon twice and they said they informed Pura but I never received my money. About 10 days later the package arrived. Don't trust Pura Vida. This is 2nd rating I've posted. Guess the website deleted my first because they didnt like a bad rating.”
