“I opened up my Pura Vida package with great anticipation. The first thing I pull out is a necklace which is all twisted and half out of its wrapper. I put that to the side figuring packaging and delivery can be rough. I sought out this bracelet and matching choker; both were broken . The choker was literally broken perfectly in half and was packaged that way. The broken piece was hidden in the back. As soon as I opened it, the choker fell out and little seed beads fell with it all over the place. Same for the bracelet; literally broken with the string hanging off and seed beads all in the bottom of the little bag it came in. Really sad. And the other necklace I mentioned was twisted so badly, it took hours with a tweezer to untangle. I won’t be buying from this company again.”

“When this came in the mail, I was so happy with it. Way cuter in person! Sadly, as I went to put it on one of the strings that connects the beaded part to the pull strings broke. After looking at it, I could tell it was a very thin thread. So sad this happened right out of the package because I was really looking forward to wearing it!”
