“I purchased engravable coin bracelets for the women who will be attending my wedding. I ordered one rose gold plate, and 7 silver plates. I received 6 silver plates, and 2 rose gold plates and the initials were therefore mixed up on three bracelets as well. I spent around $300 on bracelets, only to have them incorrect when they arrived. Now, I am not able to replace the incorrect bracelets because they are no longer offering that specific type. I am incredibly disappointed that the order was not made correctly - especially for such an important event. I will not be buying from this company again.”
“I ordered 3 matching engraved bracelets for me and my sisters. I even emailed them to verify that I did it correctly. I was STILL sent two un-engraved bracelets. When I emailed them about their error, they responded that they don‚Äôt process replacements for engravable items- even though it was THEIR error. I am furious and do not recommend this to anyone.”
