“Love the bracelet itself, love the presentation, but I feel like it’s way over priced. Ordered matching bracelets for boyfriend & I. Had major trouble when placing the order online - my credit card kept saying it was “denied” even though the money was definitely available. Reached out to customer service via chat. The rep was very kind & made every effort to help, but really didn’t. Later that day, he reached out via email & basically said they aren’t sure why I can’t order & blamed it on my bank/card. (It was definitely an issue on their end, not mine) I was eventually able to place the order by checking out via Afterpay (with the same card lol) which tells me it’s an issue with their website or payment processor. Oh yeah and they locked my card for 24 hours too. Order arrived pretty quickly.”
