“I purchased two of the same bracelets. One for myself and one for my daughter. I love the engraving and the bracelet however the first time I wore mine one of the strings can me apart. I own maybe 10 bracelets and have never had this happen before. My biggest issue is that I emailed right away that one was defective and included a picture and received no response. Sent the email again a week later and still no response. This is very disappointing since I love these bracelets and I have never had a problem before this. My daughter loves her matching bracelet and wears it all the time. I haven‚Äôt been able to wear mine.”
