“I would love to say I love this bracelet, but I haven't received it yet. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter's best friend whom she sadly had to move away from. I placed the order on December 13th 2021 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. It was never received. By January 18th 2022, a new order was sent out (even though I asked for this to be overnighted free of charge because of the 1 month delay, they refused and resent it standard shipping). It's now February 2nd, 2022 and neither the original or replacement CHRISTMAS present have made it to to the recipient. I'm beyond irritated.”
