“The bracelet is very nice. The metal instead of the string made it more luxurious. However, the fine metal is not something that I would recommend for a preteen as it is too fragile. Bracelet itself is very nice but breaks easily..... I don't think the same issue would occur with an older individual or adult. Customer service responded quickly and was helpful in resolving problem.”
