“Absolutely beautiful bracelet with a cool double-sided engraving feature. It was a gift for my older teen daughter and it broke on the second wear. PV helped to replace it with another bracelet because this one was sold out of the gold originally purchased. My daughter was happy, but if the quality could get a boost on this style, I believe it would be her preference.”
“My niece loves Pura Vida bracelets and volleyball. For her birthday, I decided to order her the bar bracelet engraved with her first name, a heart, and a volleyball. It fit on the order form, so I assumed everything was ok. When I received the bracelet, it was just the initial of her first name, a heart, and a volleyball. I immediately emailed PV (no phone number to call) and received an automated response, but no further help. I’ve emailed a few more times for help but to no avail. No human response to say they’ll look into it, fix it, or tell me too bad…nothing. Silence. No customer service. Do not buy from Pura Vida, unless you want to gamble on getting your order correct and then having to live with something you didn’t pay for!!!”
