“I saw an advertisement that if you signed up for text and emails you get 20% off your 1st purchase so bought a couple bracelets for my daughter. I added the mystery bracelet which then voided my ability to use the 20% off. Next issue was the package came with postage due...WTH!?! I called the company and they said once I paid the postage fee they would credit my credit card. So I DROVE to the post office, waited in line for 15 minutes and paid the additional postage due of $2.99. Then I had to email the company back with proof that I paid. That was allt of work on my part fir an error the company made. I will not be making further purchases from you.”
