“While I absolutely the design and cause of this bracelet, it‚Äôs already falling apart! The waxy coating that holds the bracelet knot together has come undone. Pura vida has put on their website they don‚Äôt take bracelet returns but I‚Äôve never seen this happen before and I‚Äôm a loyal customer- I‚Äôm just confused. I‚Äôm going to contact them and see if they‚Äôll help me because this is the second flop purchase I‚Äôve got from them after years of good ones. Maybe their expansion beyond bracelets is affecting quality control.”
