“We placed an order of 100 bracelets to give as a gift to a charity that supports children battling cancer. Upon ordering the communication with Pura ida was that they would be delivered in 1-1.5 weeks. Unfortunately it took much longer than that and we were unable to include these bracelets as part of our gift package to these children. Sadly we contacted the company a number of times by phone and email with no response until weeks later. Unacceptable way of running a business.”
