Need improvement on communication with your customers.
It took a LONG time to receive them. When I placed the order, the website stated that the turn around time was 4-6 weeks. Totally understandable that with Covid, things could/would take longer, however, no one followed up with me to give me an updated production timeframe. I had to contact the company 3-4 times in order to receive updates. Ultimately, it took 9 weeks for me to receive the bracelets - would have really appreciated better communication.”
