“The bracelets were exactly as I ordered them. I wish I had a clearly idea from the website on the colors bc I went with the light purple bc the purple looked black online and I didn’t want it that dark. However the light purple was lighter than the site.
Order took almost 6 weeks to get. Customer Svc reiterated production and delivery policies which I clearly knew from the site and didn’t directly address me getting the order within 5 weeks, but the order arrived under 6 weeks for the party so I was happy. Next time I will order months in advance so I don’t need to worry.”
