“I ordered 2 Hello Kitty bracelets and a bracelet pack that came to $60.00 before tax and qualified for free shipping. I ended up with a note on my door stating I owed $1.39 and my package would not be delivered till I paid it. It took days to work things out with the USPS. One of the bracelets was supposed to be a present. Didn‚Äôt get it in time because of the shipping charges. I don‚Äôt know if I would order again. It makes me disappointed. This was my 3rd purchase. Might have to look elsewhere next time.”
