“Bracelet is made of very low quality string/yarn and feels like there’s a film of glue over it. It’s also very thin, not nearly the width/thickness that it’s portrayed. Charms are tiny, like 1/3 the size of a tic tac. Tried emailing customer service and was ignored. Don’t waste your money.”
