“Order placed October 11, 2023; and to date has not been received. Bracket purchased through Amazon Pay. I have reached out to Pura Vida via Amazon Pay, and have reach out directly to Pura Vida, and have had no response. Per tracking tool on web site a shipping label was created, however, no estimated date of delivery available. Very disappointing, as this was to be a gift for my daughter. I am also disappointed with the lack of lack of responsiveness from Pura Vida, just doesn’t seem to align with advertised core values.”
