“I ordered the Gryffindor charm bracelet by mistake - wanted a Slytherin and immediately tried to correct my mistake via chat. Yes, it was my mistake but I tried to correct it within minutes. Yes, I tried to correct via e-mail also. When I got response (days later) they said they tried to correct but couldn't as order was already in warehouse. Disappointed. No return. Bracelet is certainly not worth cost.”
