“I saw a pop up that said 20% off my order. I ordered the bracelets then they offered a surprise gift for $3 so I added it. Then I put in the discount code and it failed. I tried to use the support chat to get help. I waited 30 minutes for a response NOTHING. I tried again for a new chat. Again, NO RESPONSE. I went back in and removed the $3 item and it worked. Why would you not just apply the discount to the bracelets and not the surprise item? Would not do that again.”
