“I love the bracelets and they ship well in a padded envelope. Earrings do not. I ordered 2 and both were badly damaged in shipping. I contacted the company and the replaced one pair, not both. Sent photos and got 1 pair replaced not both. Very disappointed. Never had a bad experience before. Gave them a chance to rectify situation but it was not. Very upset at the damage. They need to find a better way to ship earrings.”
