“I ordered 16 pairs of earrings to give as graduation gifts to all of my daughters friends. They shipped ALL SIXTEEN pairs in a small envelope! To no surprise, they all ended up bent! I emailed them and went round a d round and tried to have everything resolved. It took a MONTH! AND guess what?! They shipped then in a small envelope again! Bent. I will never order from this ridiculously managed company again.”
