I ordered the earrings and then my closing date on my house was moved forward. The earrings got stuck at my old Post office and I wasn't sure if they would be forwarded with the rest of my mail. I emailed the company and no questions asked, they just sent me a new pair. I thought I was going to have a hard time either getting my money back or tracking someone down to find my earrings. The customer service was incredible!!! I don't usually wear this style earrings because the posts usually poke my head and hurt. These are the perfect length and are very comfortable!”
