“I was very excited about my purchase! I ordered the small gold star hoop earrings. Unfortunately when the order came the star charms immediately fell out of the package. They weren‚Äôt attached to the hoop and I had to manually attach them. The hoop closure was also not very secure. Therefore, it could easily unhook and since the charm was loose it can easily slid off. It was also poorly packaged and loosely ‚Äúthrown‚Äù into the bag. The worst part is I wore the earrings once and the star charm fell off. I was not doing anything crazy while wearing them but somehow because the charm was not attached and the closure could easily unhook, it fell off. Since it fell off quickly without me knowing, I lost the charm. I usually love this company but i was not too happy with this order. I was satisfied with my bracelet which was the free gift, however, very disappointed in the jewelry that i purchased.”
