“I got charged $20.00 for shipping on a site wide "Free Shipping" sale. It took multiple emails and a very frustrating time to get refunded the $20.00 I was charged. At the time of checkout, that was my only option - not even a free shipping option nor was the site wide sale for free shipping applied to my order. When I emailed customer service, it took almost a week to hear back from them and when I did, I was told "Sorry to hear about this. Luckily, this issue only happened to a few people and while we aren't sure why this happened, we will not be refunding you the $20.00 due to the low volume of people it happened to, but here is a 25% off code for your next purchase." Seeing as we are in the midst of a global pandemic and the fact Pura Vida's system was malfunctioning by not fault to the users, this is unacceptable and I am appalled at the level of disrespect I received from Pura Vida. I will not be shopping here ever again.”
