“We use to carry this brand in a store i manage, seeings how we do not carry them anymore i went to the website to purchase 3 different pairs of earrings as a birthday gift to my sister. First shipment i received, 2/3 earrings looked good, i didnt want to open the packaging. With one pair missing, i called and they shipped a replacement. I give the gift and BOTH pairs were broken, resulting in not being able to wear any of them. I contacted again and were sent replacements. Happy i got all three finally. Upset it had to take three shipments.”
