“I was sent the wrong item and They said they would fix it right away.. 2 days later I was told they no longer have that item. I said thank you and to please refund my card for my purchase. All I heard after that were crickets for over a week. I'm so glad that I used the Amazon pay option because they were the only way I was going to get a refund. This week I received an email from Pura Vida saying that they graciously gave me a refund which they had absolutely no control over because even Amazon pay said that they did not respond to them.”
