I reached out to costumer service and sent a pic of the item and a new pair was sent (hassle free! Awesome job!!). When I received the replacement pair it was also bent. I ended up straightening the backs myself. I didn‚Äôt send another email to costumer service because I didn‚Äôt want to be ‚Äúthat‚Äù costumer. But overall the earrings are super cute and a new fave.”
