“I was disappointed the earrings were sent in an envelope and not in a box. The posts came thru the envelope and bent in half. I bent them back with pliers but they're not completely straight. First I bought the rose gold heart earrings and the same thing happened. I was sent the turtles as a replacement. When I contacted them that it happened again I was told the posts were made to be bent back.”
“I love my bracelet and ear rings! However, you need better packaging for post ear rings as mine were slightly bent whenever they came and had to be straightened.”
“I purchased the sea turtle earrings and they are cute but they came all bent and it happened with another pair of earring I ordered also. It‚Äôs just annoying bc they still aren‚Äôt perfectly straight but i guess they will do.”
