“I ordered pearl hoop earrings along with the daisy earrings. pura vida sold the hoop earrings to me even though they were sold out without letting me know. They also did not send me the daisy earrings so I had to email back and forth with costumer service. My original package came five days late and my new package was delivered roughly on time. Not a pleasant experience.”
