“Very disappointed, I was so excited about my order, I spent more than 100€ (including taxes) and when I received it, all my earrings were twisted and impossible to wear... I tried to contact twice with customer service by mail, I've sent photos of the earrings and I had no answer... One of my favourite earrings broke when I tried to put it back right so it's been like throwing 20€ in the trash... the jewellery overall is great and that's the reason why I'm so disappointed. I don't like to leave bad comments, but perhaps that way I'll receive an answer...”
