“I emailed the day after I originally received these earrings, they came in just a bag and were completely bent, I took pics and sent them over to customer service, they got back to me within a couple weeks and said they were resending them, they also resent them in only a bag and they were bent even worse than the first pair. I emailed back again asking if this is how you normally ship something like this? And asked what I needed to do to get a return? The guy got back to me telling me I could just bend them back and ignored my return request. I did bend them back but I could not get them completely straight and the area which has been bent is not on the condition the rest of the earring is. Since I am not able to return I guess I have no choice to keep them, but this was my first experience purchasing from you and will 100% be my last. You have really cute things, but due to the way you ship they don‚Äôt arrive in the quality I would expect from a brand new purchase.”
