“My whole order came smooshed in the mail and everything in one bag so it came damaged. I was very disappointed I always order from Pura Vida and this is the first time i got my order and it was a problem and horrible packaging it was all thrown together. Messed up just so the bookbag could fit too.”
“I just received this in my order. The 1st order had been "lost". Took a long time emailing , with no resolution, until I chatted with someone on website. Then it got resolved quickly. Lesson learned, no email for customer service, do the chat.”
