“Earrings are lovely, but they were damaged due to poor shipping and handling. The earrings, along with other purchased items, were shipped in a cardboard envelope with zero padding. By the look of the damaged envelope, it was obvious that it got caught up in the USPS machinery. The rings were salvageable but not the earrings. Please use better packaging to protect your products.”
