I ordered a charm bracelet with several charms and the Saturn stud earrings for my niece for Christmas, about 2 weeks went by and I realized that I never got a shipping notification, so I went to my Pura Vida account to check the status, and it says shipped, but when you go to find out more details, the tracking number doesn’t work and it says that it was received and the order was fulfilled, and label was created, but never shipped. So no big deal, I’ll email customer service to see what’s going on, a week later, I don’t hear anything, so I email again, still nothing. Super disappointing.”
