“When I first ordered the earrings the backings would not come off. When my dad couldn‚Äôt get the backings off, he used the pliers to try and pull them off and ended up bending and messing up the earring. Once I left a bad review, an employee responded back and offered to send me new earrings free of charge. I of course accepted, and got my new earrings without having to pay any extra. I love the earrings and I am so glad to have gotten someone to respond to me and go above and beyond to get me new earrings!”
