“I ordered 2 pairs of earrings and a necklace. They arrived in an envelope and the earring posts were bent flat and the dangling earrings were broken. I emailed and customer service was prompt and nice and offered to resend the damaged items. I asked for a box, so the new items wouldn’t be damaged. They said no box could be used. The 2 pairs of earrings arrived in an envelope again. The studs were both bent on 1 pair and the other pair had 1 broken. I gave up and kept the damaged items and will never order again.”
