“I so wanted to love these cute little earrings, but the clasp on one of them never worked, and I could not get it to engage . I was unable to wear them even once. I understand your no return policy but the fact that they were unwearable right from the mail makes it hard. All the work to send back and find something‚Ķwith no faith the next item will be any better. Feel like I just threw $20 down the drain. It was a good lesson for buying items from Facebook without checking out the quality first.”
