“Got these with the mini coin huggies since there was a minimum purchase amount of $10. They arrived pretty quick but one of them broke immediately upon removing it from the card. I reported it to Pura Vida and they asked me for a photo of the broken earring. Good thing I still had the pieces. PuraVida processed a replacement order and another pair arrived in short order. Again, however, one of the earrings fell apart when removing it from the card. This time I was able to put it back together, but I'm feeling cautious about actually using it.”
“Cute style but the heart came flying off the first pair I received. I notified PV and they sent another pair but the resin around the flower appeared yellowish rather than clear. not the best quality on this item.”
