“Earrings came in the mail bent at the post on both earrings. When I tried to straighten them out, one cracked like it broke, so I’m not going to wear them, in fear the one might break all the way if I put it in my ears. All earrings in my purchase delivered bent at the posts.”

“I'm well disappointed with this product. I've ordered a ring and the earrings. The earrings came damaged in the post. They just put 2 small products in a way too big A4 size envelop without any protection. My products were supposed to be a gift, but there is no gift box or gift bag involved, so you have to sort that out your self.
I've tried to fill in the contact us form to complain, but there is no luck. I can't send it on somehow. My daughter loves this site, and would like to order more, but this is not the way of doing business. I've had a small jewelry gift shop and know how this goes.
Oh and the funny thing is, like you can see in the pictures, the put their products on a card with big letters "WEAR WITH CARE", but how can we wear this with care, if Purevida doesn't CARE ABOUT THE SHIPPING?”
