“The earrings are adorable however they were damaged during shipping. The posts were completely bent in half. I reached out to customer service regarding the issue and they sent a replaced set. The replacement set arrived within a few days but again were damaged during shipping. The issue is the paper envelope offers little to no protection during the shipping process.”
