“Due to the packaging, the post was bent. I was able to bend back without breaking. They were sent in a card type of packaging. I think it would be better in a soft bubble wrap type of packaging.”
“These earrings are so pretty. Unfortunately they are also fragile in the backing, my first order they got bent and broken in the mail. Customer service quickly sent a replacement, one of which the backing was also bent but wearable. Besides that they are so pretty and I’m gifting to my mermaid obsessed daughter for her birthday.”
