“My daughter bought a Pura Vida ring while on vacation, and it broke the first time she wore it. Customer service wouldn't just give her a credit to use on their website because she bought it at a store on vacation (even tho it was their product, and we had all the original receipts, etc). We couldn't go all the way back to the store, since we bought it on vacation. They eventually agreed to send her these earrings, but they never arrived. We won't be shopping for Pura Vida items ever again. Waste of money, cheap products, and customer service that just gives you the run around.”
