“EVERY SINGLE pair of earrings I have ordered from pura vida have come bent due to poor packaging. I am so over it! Yes, the metal is soft and can be bent back but it NEVER goes back fully straight and it weakens the post to bend it like that. It's not difficult to properly package things but it's been this way for for years and i have provided direct feedback. Clearly PV does not care. My package was also sent without enough postage and I got billed by USPS for the difference.. that's just ridiculous and poor business. I have never had that happen with any other retailer.”
